Ok...enough sneak peeks already!
Time for me to {finally} reveal what I did with this old {got it for only $10} frame.
Here it is before:

and here is the after:

What do you think?
I plan on using it as an inspiration board of such. Since it's sitting right above my desk that I sit at {a lot} to design blogs I figured it would be nice to look up and see things that inspire me. It will be fun to see what makes it up there!

I decided it would be fun to use silver straight pins instead of push pins...cute, right?
TO MAKE MY INSPIRATION BOARD I:
Spray painted the frame.
Cut and pieced together square cork board pieces to fit my oval shape.
{btw...I used duct tape to piece together my cork. that's how I roll.}
Covered cork with fabric using a staple gun to adhere fabric to cork.
Attached fabric covered cork to frames with screws.
Added fabulous floppy ribbon & the fabulous k pretty. messy. flower pin & hung it on the wall.
So simple & so cute.
Inspiration...here I come!

I'm in love with oval frames right now. I struggled to find two that matches (used and inexpensive) but found one that I loved, painted it and did a double sillhouette instead- love how it turned out!
