hello, cupcake.

Today is my first official day on Weight Watchers {and I'm really excited!} I'll also be dusting off the I've been too scared to try 30 day shred dvd that I have.

So...if you have a blog {or know of any} that is WW related, please comment and let me know. I am contemplating starting a WW blog since this is basically about design & such and I'd love to link to any good WW blogs.

Wish me luck!

{p.s. I know it seems odd that I would post a picture of a cupcake on this post, but with WW you can eat cupcakes if you want, thankyouverymuch!}  :)

  5. Good luck!

I don't know of any sites, but I DO love the Shred! The moves are SO basic, I find myself doing them (jumping jacks, jump rope in place, etc) while I'm waiting around for my kids...I also have SO MUCH more energy!!

    Keep us posted!

  6. You need to check out www.dwlz.com.

It's called Dotti's Weigt Loss Zone. It's going to kill you to go to the site because it is the ugliest site known to man, but my favorite part is the restaurant list. If you look on the right there are some blue tabs. The one that says DWLZ Restaurants is a list of seriously every restaurant you can think of. It tell you how many points almost everything on there menu is. It's wonderful. When i did WW I always felt like if I went out to eat I was going to blow it, but this allows you to pick what you are going to eat before you go out so you can still stay on your plan.

  7. Good luck on WW!! I have been on it since February and have lost 25 pounds, yay! It SO does work! :) I saw someone posted about Dottie's Weight Loss Zone, and while it does have lots of good stuff there, be careful about the restaurant point values if you are using it- some of it is way outdated and you will still need to calculate the points for yourself just to be sure!! :) xoxox! PS. Now I want a cupcake haha!!

  8. One box of Pillsbury Less Sugar chocolate cake mix.

    One can of Diet coke.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Bake according to package directions.

    Let cool.

Top with a squirt of Low fat reddi-whip.

And there, my friend, is your 2 pt. cupcake. I have made other low point cupcakes, too, seeing as, while I am a lifetime WW member now...I wasn't last summer when I first started and I love cupcakes, so I had to find a way to fit them in easily! LOL!

    Good luck on your journey!

  9. Good luck on WW. I tried it a few years ago but switched to just torturing myself on a treadmill to lose weight. That cupcake looks delicious!

  11. Hey girl,

I don't have any WW advice or websites, but I have been doing the Shred, and it is a GREAT work out! You can definitely see results when you stick with it. You can do it!

  12. First off, that cupcake looks yummy :)

Secondly, my blog isn't about WW in particular, but overall health & wellness... and how I'm learning to live without sweet, sugary goodness everyday. It pretty much boils down to this.... I'm a former chocoholic turned fitness and figure competitor. Yea, the two don't usually go well together, lol.

Feel free to stop by anytime :)

Best of luck on WW!!! :)
