Get Carried Away...

TODAY IS THE DAY WE'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR..."SEX. AND. THE. CITY" is back!!  Today at noon, we headed to the theatre {with our tickets that we purchased last night}, got our popcorn, twizzlers & soda and tucked in our seats for an absolutely fabulous 2 hours & 20 minutes.  And you know what...the girls did not disappoint.  There were laughs, tears, oohs and ahhhs and I loved every single minute.  It was like visiting friends you have not seen in a while.    

For those of you that have seen it...I want to know--what did you think of the movie and what was your favorite part?

The rest of you...slip on your favorite stilettos, grab your girlfriends, a couple of cosmos and "get carried away"!  I can't wait to own this one on DVD ;)

In two weeks I will be here...

...and let me tell ya, I CAN'T WAIT!  The gambling, sites, sounds, people, places, shopping, restaurants, spa, pool...oh, my it can't get here soon enough!  I ♥ Vegas.  We are taking a girls trip for my 'lil sister's 25th b'day...it's a tradition in my family {how fun is that?}

  All I can say is--HURRY UP VEGAS--Fabulous K is waiting ;)

Happy Memorial Day!

I hope you have all had a fabulous weekend! I always feel like Memorial Day marks the start of summer--and the 90+ degree temps definitely support that! It's been so nice relaxing and not having to work today.  I could get used to this 3 day weekend stuff.  What's really nice is that I am off on Friday as well...and I will be heading to the theatre to see the new "SEX & THE CITY" movie...that's right...it starts on Friday!  I could not be more excited!!  From the story line to the fashion...it will be pure eye candy!  YAY for that!  

Speaking of movies...I watched three, yes three, this weekend.  {what can I say...I was relaxing!}  First up was "JUNO".  So good.  I loved it.  Next, "LARS & THE REAL GIRL".  A little weird at first but it ended up being so sweet; I liked it a lot.  And last night I watched, "P.S. I LOVE YOU".   So so cute.  It also had 2 actors I ♥... "Denny" from Greys & the lead guy from "300".  Yummy.

Well, that's all for now.  I am planning on spending the day at the pool...hopefully the clouds will stay away.  I have a fun summer book that I am reading that I want to finish today.  {I love love love reading by the pool in the summer!}
