sweet tooth.

I decided to make some cupcakes today, strawberry with vanilla icing, to be exact.  Don't ask me why...they just sounded good.  And they are.  What is it about strawberry anything that screams "summer"?  I think this is a treat I will have to share at work tomorrow...maybe it will help cure everyone's case of the "mondays"!

Here's a fun, time saving tip:  I really don't like the whole frosting cupcakes process.  So...I take a ziplock baggy, fill it with frosting, snip the tip of the bag and pipe my frosting on.  It's fast, fun & fabulous!  :)
