fabulous 4th.

We had a fabulous 4th of July!  My parents had a BBQ at their house so we spent the day swimming, eating yummy food and drinking homemade sangria (my mom's recipe is hands down THE BEST).   Here are some pics from the day:

That night we headed out to see fireworks!  They were great!  Here are a few more pictures we took while we were waiting for the fireworks to start {please excuse my "been in the pool and sun all day" look!}  :)

Sidenote:  We have been enjoying little Olive.  Everyone loved her yesterday and could not get over how small she is.  As we speak, she is at the vet with my sister because she has been throwing up.   Erin sent me a text that said they think she has low blood sugar?!!  I will keep ya'll posted!  UPDATE:  Olive is home and doing better.  She does have low blood sugar (go figure) and will need to eat 3 times a day and drink water with honey in it.  She is high maintenance...my kind of girl :)
